WOW, all I can saw is WOW! I signed up for a free class and I ended up picking a special class by accident for their 4th of July event and I didn't know what I had gotten myself into until the workouts started lol. Our instructor that day was fabulous and they made sure I was comfortable and did things at my own pace. It was also so cute in there and the people were so kind! I will be buying a 4 pack session from them.
Such a fun workout and the gym is super clean. Love the treadmills. Hope to be back soon!
