Dr Sema is the best doctor i’ve been too. Different from many, she is oldschool, tells you how it is (completely truthful), and has genuine care for her patients. Other doctors may come across as more “nice or friendly” but she is the few that genuinely care about you instead of trying to sell you medication. Visited this practise this morning for the first time and was impressed by Dr. Sema Yilmaz. She explained the DVT to me, sent me to a hospital as it was urgent and I was happy with that. Dr Sema is not only knowledgeable but caring and emphatic. The emphaty and care are almost as important as the treatment itself. Thank you Dr Sema. Joze Kuzic
Called to book an appointment, apparently it was the Dr who picked up the phone Dr Yilmaz Selma, and I was asked "why do you need to book an appointment, what is wrong with you?" It was just for a prescription renewal, but asking someone what's wrong with you? And it wasn't even said in a nice way. Nop. Not going there. What if someone calls and has a serious problem? Kindness people is important, specially when you are a DOCTOR.
