Dr. Kessler is amazing!! Great office staff
Didn’t tell me ahead of time what all scans they would be doing, when I only asked for contact prescription. They proceeded to charge me $114 on things my insurance didn’t cover that I wasn’t even aware they were doing. Scans I didn’t ask for, so they can find something you have to pay for out of pocket. Next time TELL PEOPLE what you’re going to do and what they’re going to be charged for especially if it’s outside of the insurance coverage which you could see before I went back.
