This review is long overdue, but I’ve been seeing Dr. Dollani for several years now, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. This is the classic example of a poorly run doctor’s office. After making my appointment I confirm in writing that I will be billed what my insurance would have paid, even if I have to pay myself, because of my high deductible policy. I show up and the doctor is running late; I’m told 20-25 minutes. So I go out and come back 20 minutes later. Then more time goes by, until I’m finally seen; 50 minute wait time. The doctors are always professional and thorough. I never feel rushed or disregarded. They always answer my questions and concerns. The staff are unfailingly friendly and efficient.
A Compassionate; Caring; Listening; and a VERY successful HEALING medical practice. My doctor, Dr. Dollani listened to me; saw me; examined me and accurately diagnosed and then healed my condition quickly and with all tenderness.
