I amwriting this review almost one year later. I visited this clinic for braces and discontinued treatment due to a very bad experience. First of all, they never took me on time. There was poor hygiene, and I was treated very badly during my visits. At that time, I was new to Canada, and this was my first dental clinic here. Great dental hygienists but feel like I have to note that the washroom had no lighting, the soap feels cheap, and there’s no paper towel.
As someone that has had a 6 month cleaning regularly as far back as I can remember, this is the first time I have been choked, blinded and stabbed. It’s the first time I’ve had to say “ouch” and flinch before even getting touched. To top it off, the polisher broke off, fell in my mouth and almost choked me (right after we had barely started and polisher paste was sprayed all over my face).
