I left a jacket to be cleaned. No one contacted me in a 5 day period to tell me it could not be cleaned. I came to pick it up the day I was leaving MD and planned on taking the coat. I called because I was not offered a refund for the non-cleaning of the coat. When I went to pick up my refund today, I was instead confronted with a store owner who was more interested in getting into a verbal altercation with me and getting the "last word."
