RecommendedDrove in this afternoon to move our daughter into OSU. Her bicycle tire was flat. We found District Bicycles on Maps and drove to their store to see what they could do. The staff was very friendly and prompt. They found the issue and replaced the tire tube in 5 minutes. They were amazingly friendly and reasonable. Would highly recommend doing business with them.
They made me feel completely welcome in their shop and then made sure the bike fit me “just right” before I left—with instructions to come back by for adjustments if needed. These people are what customer service and product knowledge is all about!
Just bought my first bike from this shop and they were awesome to work with! The staff were very knowledgeable and kind and I adore my new bike! I drove up from Edmond to purchase a bike from them since they had the color I wanted, and I would do it again just because of how awesome their staff were! :) Can't recommend them enough!
