Super customer service and very quick repair on my older pedal bike that needed a broken brake cable replaced. Would definitely go again for any bike repair needs!

Excellent service! I picked up an ebike from these folks several months ago and anytime I had a question or issue they were quick to help and problem solve.
I walked into district bicycle company for first time and bought a bike. I met Curtis, who knew a lot about the products and ended up finding me the perfect bike. We customized it with pedals, repurposed grips, a front splash guard, and a new carrier rack for my stuff! I had such a positive experience. A big shout out to District Bicycle Co and Curtis for a great experience.
Amazing service as usual. I had a brake that continually faded despite repeated bleeding. They didn't just start replacing parts for the sake of it but did a proper investigation, even into the fluid composition. Needless to say, they solved the issue within a couple of days so I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
