*edit since reply: it is absolutely not true that it is the first time I said anything about the utility bill. I called to express concern and Mike directly told me to reach out to PEM to see if it was an actual read or an estimate based on previous year usage. I didn’t even know estimated bills were a thing until I was told that by you. Also, I’m not about to go back and forth in google reviews but if communication was actually happening, I would not need to write a review like this!!!! Absolutely love it here , me and my family were here before they switched companies and honestly I was nervous .. but all the staff are such great people very helpful! .. Mike is amazing! His personality is awesome and he’s always willing to make things better for us! The Maitenece team is always on there game! Anthony who’s the manager of Maitenece he’s been very helpful as well with things we need
This is the best place to stay at by far in Columbus Maintnace is very fast to respond and professional I’ve been here 3+ years and have had no issues Mike has did a great job with game nights and bringing the community together it’s truly nothing like it ! I would recommend this to anybody looking for a place ! Trust me Anthony is the best maintenance manager we have had at any apartment complex
