Living at District at Tuttle has been a great experience so far. The apartments have all of the amenities you would expect and appreciate and the location is excellent. I personally value how close I am to easy highway access as it makes my commute very simple. The community spaces are clean and well-maintained and it is very comfortable. I currently live here. I like my apartment and although I’ve struggled with the office and communication, overall I can’t complain. The one thing I wish someone warned me of when I moved here was that the electric bills in the winter will cost you between 300-500 dollars. My last electric/water bill was $450. I called PEM, they said it was due to the insulation of the apartment I’m in. My rent for a one bedroom alone is 1571. With the price of my electric bill my cost is over 2000 a month. I meet with Alex at Avery Pointe on a Saturday afternoon because I was possibly interested in a one bedroom apartment.
