It's an excellent place to live peacefully and comfortably. I had a few issues, but they were resolved super quickly. The condo is clean, and the managers try to help you in any way they can. If you want to move, this is an excellent place.
This place is amazing and the service is above expectations. Everyone is nice and welcoming and the property is clean, well maintained, and updated. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for their new home and somewhere where they will feel safe and welcomed.
3 weeks moved in and so far everything has been lovely! The management staff and amenities are great. Loving the dog park and coffee bar, and I’m feeling hopeful to use the community garden. Super excited about the summer here!
I couldn’t be happier calling this place my new home… Sara was/is an absolute gem and it just felt like I was wanted there whereas you go other places and it’s like they could really care less. I would definitely recommend The District at Tuttle to anyone needing a place with a great atmosphere and incredible amenities.
District at Tuttle has been well above my expectations! Frequent courtesy emails from Management regarding your residency during your lease. Maintenance requests were addressed within 24hrs following a feedback request regarding the service. I'm quite impressed and satisfied. Well done District at Tuttle!!
