Just NO this place is a disaster, it causes people who live here stress.
The apartment are absolutely beautiful! Day 1 June 22nd stated apartment was cleaned and it diffently was not. Furnace (air condition) was leaking in closet, let them know day 2 and emailed over 6 times and called over 15 times, finally fixed at the end of July. Trash everywhere compactor over flowed and stunk for about 2 months. Chareged a $150 late fee on 2nd when should not have been added until 4th day according to our lease. Do not move here! Our storage unit was robbed and only limited employees have access to the keys! The same people have access to our apartment. We don’t feel that our personal property is safe at The flats but after expressing our concerns to corporate management we are still required to provide a 60 day notice and pay ridiculous fees to break our lease. In addition, there are continuing maintenance issues with the garage doors & elevators not working, pool not being open and a broken gate limiting entry into the building. W... read more
Horrible treatment. Overpriced and cheaply built
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Everything is outdated and overpriced. Maintenance is non existent usually takes 2-3 months to respond, if they respond at all. You literally have to go to the front office and get whatever you need and do it yourself. I went to speak with the front office about the mold growing and the manager said it’s not a priority because “nobody is dying from mold” …Tf DO NOT MOVE HERE! Caution: Please read if you have any true expectations of “Luxury apartment living” and want a factually based review. I’m a high-level leader in a fortune 500 company who has relocated many times and lived in numerous corporate housing developments and have walked away from each of those as positive experience. This staff is harassing and the management is worse . They have photos fake as this place is nothing but trashy . They are the most unprofessional business in Columbus I have ever seen in my whole life . Never stay here
Do not waste your time! Courtney and Joe (property manager) will lie and cheat to get you to sign a lease. One price offered in am, $50 higher in pm. We paid a deposit on Saturday afternoon, roommate paid deposit, both were told (like everywhere else in Columbus), that it would hold the apartment for 72 hours (until the roommate could get there to see it). This is the second year at Waterford for me and my kids and if I could give more stars I would. Somehow it seems that the Waterford staff just gets better and better. Katie is so nice, understanding, patient, and compassionate I don't think it's possible to find a better apartment manager.
