Do not waste your time! Courtney and Joe (property manager) will lie and cheat to get you to sign a lease. One price offered in am, $50 higher in pm. We paid a deposit on Saturday afternoon, roommate paid deposit, both were told (like everywhere else in Columbus), that it would hold the apartment for 72 hours (until the roommate could get there to see it). Matt our service technician was incredibly helpful when our furnace needed repaired. He was kind and courteous and helped repair a few other things around the apartment. We appreciate that level of professionalism in our apartment complex's staff.
