Scheduled an appointment a few days ago, recieved a confirmation email the day before the tour and arrived only to call the office from the front door and be told that there was another tour double booked for our time and no one was available to help us. Before we could even say anything else, he hung up on us while we were standing in the lobby. We drove 20 minutes to view the apartment and were immediately put off by that interaction with management. Not surprised to see bad reviews.
I move out in two weeks, and I honestly cannot wait to leave these apartments. I could write an entire essay about how horrible this experience has been, but until now I’ve tried my best to keep my complaints to myself and not bother the office staff. This community used to be a quiet, welcoming place that I was genuinely proud to call home. I lived at The District for 5 years and moved in when they first opened in 2021. Overall, a positive experience. The maintenance team and cleaning crew is absolutely amazing. The location is convenient and my corner unit was bright. Over the past couple years, the community members got really noisy and inconsiderate (larger families, screaming children, using hallways as an extension of their unit, slamming doors, loud parking lot gatherings late at night, etc.)
The guy I spoke with was very professional..
Super duper awesome and friendly, got my dishwasher and microwave fixed in a jiffy!
