I scheduled a cleaning because the vents were blowing dusty air. Walter began with full air duct cleaning and showed me the dirt buildup inside. Dryer vent cleaning helped reduce the dryer overheating problem. Furnace cleaning removed old soot that caused a burning smell. Blower cleaning fixed the loud noise from the fan. Coil cleaning improved the cooling right away. He also did Mold Treatment and UV light installation. The air feels much fresher now.

For the first time this season, I turned on the heat and detected a burning stench. When Albert, the technician, examined the furnace, he discovered dust accumulated on the heating elements. He finished cleaning the air ducts, blowers, and furnace. The furnace began operating well once more after the work, and the burning smell vanished. There was a lot of dust accumulation in the return vents, which he also cleaned up. Extremely detailed in describing everything.

I got mold treatment because the vents near the kitchen smelled damp. Donovan sprayed a sanitizer inside the ducts and wiped the vent covers clean. He showed me spots where moisture caused mold to grow. After the treatment, the smell left completely and didn’t come back. It feels much healthier inside the house now, especially in humid weather.
