My experience with everyone at this office was amazing. Despite the difficulties with other sources to get them the medical records needed, they were always willing to assist in any way they could to expedite the process. A special thanks to Laura and Tyler for constantly answering my calls with patience and understanding. Medical examiner's office is the place to call to find out the funeral home on call for indigent patients. I called and was told that wasn't a good reason to be calling them. Rude and completely ignorant of their responsibilities.

My father passed away August 18th and it’s currently January 2 and I still have had to answers as to how he passed. Nobody is giving me any answers and doing anything to get their job finished. Horrible.
