Maci is the absolute BEST to work with!! She took her time and made my hair everything I wanted and more!! Being in her chair it is not only comfortable but full of laughs, so easy to conversate with her. I have gone to her countless times and definitely will continue to go with Maci when it comes to my hair!
I went to this salon with a reference picture, but the stylist completely ignored it and gave me a result that was very different from what I asked for. My hair was damaged during the process, and the highlights turned out uneven and patchy. Shockingly, after just one wash, the color became worse and very inconsistent. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this salon.
I had a recent color appointment with Maci, aiming for a deep burgundy/wine tone like the one in my inspiration photo. I was clear about the shade I wanted during our consultation, and also transparent about having box dye in my hair from about 8 months ago. One star in response for terrible and unprofessional customer service by Emma my wife went in for few times for hair service and she did her hair for maybe 3 times and she had to take our kids with her and they were clear about having the kids in the salon policy unacceptable and now she did setup online appointment with Emma and she did denied it for kids policy with a msg confirming the reason and my wife responded that she will not bring any kids and that she will be by her self and she did summit another appointment and ... read more
