This company is a fraud and scam that is front to just shore up money from abroad. After placing several orders, i don't receive my full items ordered and the owners will not provide refund or credit. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone in this company that is in charge or that will satisfy their clients to do ethical business. Dont waste your time with these ignorant owners who are not educated and think they are better than everyone else. I only received a portion of my order but was, of course, charged the full amount. Terrible customer service - not able to reach anyone or get a response. Attempting to use the chat feature on the website results in waiting forever without response, phones go to voicemail, no calls returned and no email responses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. As a follow up - to their credit they did promptly respond to the poor feedback and did issue a refund. Simple communication would have avoided the problems.
