Great staff very helpful
Not a great experience overall. We were looking to get fabric ducts installed at our company and DistribAire was one of the DuctSox distributors. Long story short, we had long wait times with email communication as well as lead time, I literally had to fix several things wrong on their proposal before signing off, the installers that DistribAire recommended (JAC A/C & Heating) were bad at communicating as well and took forever to come out and install, then when everything was finally taken care of we noticed that on one part... read more

I have nothing bad to say about this company. I had a very large job to complete that took a lot of titus diffusers of various sizes. No other companies, wanted to touch my order as it was so large. Rusty took on my order with ease. He made the process stress free for me as I was panicked to receive and complete the job. The communication was always #1.
