Stopped volunteering here once i realized that they were only in it for the money
It's always a great time going to the social group run by Durham Mental Health Services. We use the basement of the Distrrss Center for the group. Once our air quality gets better (due to the smoke from the fires in northern Ontario and Quebec), we are hoping to use the backyard for more room. I give five stars because if it hadn't been for DMHS, I'm living the best life I could have asked for. They helped save my life when it came to my mental health.

Friendly staff and great volunteers, they truly care about what they do, highly recommend them if you need a supportive ear
