I have had many house on the market with them for 56 days for renting. I now find the house is being left unlocked after inspections and can not get in contact with anyone about this. When phoning their number you talk to an AI assistant. How do you explain this to AI? Finally talked to someone at 3 in the afternoon on Monday.
Unfortunately Distinct failed to live up to their advertised service levels as property managers, not delivering in their obligations such as inspections whilst being officious with us as owners.
Abraham and his team are extremely professional and happy with the quality of work. I needed maintenance done on my property and it was completely quickly and effectively. Would highly recommend to anyone needing some work done. Thanks
