I chose this company based on their claim of having valuation insurance. Unfortunately, they damaged my furniture during delivery, tried to conceal the damage, and have since refused to cover it or even respond to my concerns. Upon further research, I discovered they operate under the same name in different states, which results in separate Google, Uship and other review pages. Each page has numerous negative reviews. Beware of Distinguished Transport LLC - Poor Service and Unresolved Damage Claim I would strongly advise against using Distinguished Transport LLC based on my recent experience. The company damaged valuable furniture during transport and has refused to cover the cost of repairs, despite claiming to be insured. Initially, I was told by Distinguished Transport that they were a white-glove delivery service specializing in antiques and fine furnishings, and that Full Valuation insurance was included in the pricing. The amount of care involved with the furniture is outstanding. Everyone really puts the energy in to make me feel comfortable with my belongings being transported efficiently and safely. Highly recommend.
Ryan and Charlie were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will use them in the future!
