I just wanted a simple 10 to 15 min trim no shampoo or other extras but was charged without any prior notice $30 plus they expected a tip. I am happy to tip if I feel the charge was reasonable for the service.
I made a huge mistake by taking my two boys to that barbershop. Those guys gave them the worst fades I've ever seen! And get this. They had the audacity to charge me 35 dollars for each haircut. I've never paid that much at a barbershop before.
Went to talk to one of the barbers about getting a hair cut and the man struck me as unprofessional; I would characterize his customer service as curt. He seemed annoyed I was asking questions about the price and service they offered.
