Made an appointment for 11AM on a Tuesday over the weekend. Arriving at 10:55AM I was told the person I booked with was not in that early but I can wait. I waited to 11:15AM and then told I should try to call them... (I asked how can I call if I’ve never been and booked online) I then asked if the current person can do a beard trim since his chair was empty. I was also told I could not get a beard trim that day.
Frankie is an awesome barber — super chill, friendly, and really good at what he does. Great vibe and a clean cut every time. Highly recommend!
