This review is mostly a reflection of the customer service, but there is also quality issues to discuss . In February of 2022, we purchased a cantilever umbrella and a patio set (3 seat couch, 2 chairs - all with cushions, and with it came 2 side tables and a coffee table). This past summer was the 4th summer of use and 90% of the items have been great. We store it safely in the winter. The 10% that has not been great would be the 3 tables. Extremely unhappy with customer service. I do NOT recommend. I purchased a beautiful Berlin Gardens table from the sale floor. Before the sale I noticed 2 screws were missing from the one chair and I asked that if they would be fixed prior to delivery. The sales rep said yes. Upon delivery the two screws were not fixed. I emailed customer service and received a reply from one person (Kim) saying they don't perform customer service on this item because it was a "final sale" item. Absolutely THRILLED! Bought a table, patio set and massive umbrella. They were professional, fast and sell high quality collections. Super impressed and would highly recommend! Great install team as well
I had high hopes and was left feeling a little disappointed. My measure of customer service is how you treat people who have already paid you all the money - because it's easy to be nice or make promises in an attempt to close a sale, but its another thing when there's no money on the line. Let me say that everyone I dealt with in person was courteous and friendly. And Distinctly Patio carries high quality items, which is why I was referred there in the first place.
