Robert and his assistant moved our umbrella and base weighing almost 300 pounds in minutes to another location on our deck. Couldn't have done it myself, the move went smoothly.
Our initial visits to Distinctly Patio were a great experience. Diana provided excellent customer service and spent a lot of time with us explaining different options and products. We also found the pricing to be very competitive compared to GTA retailers. We're looking forward to receiving our patio furniture.
We will not deal with Distinctly Patio Living in Cambridge in future. My purchasing experience in store was fine but arranging the delivery has been a nightmare. We initially postponed delivery after a March purchase until our patio space was ready for delivery of our new patio furniture. I have been calling for a week - left 4 messages with one live answer who promised a return call last Saturday. I have not heard from them at all. This is the second patio furniture set I’ve purchased from Distinctly Patio, and I couldn’t be happier. The first set is over 10 years old and still looks pristine, which is why I didn’t hesitate to buy from them again for our cottage. I absolutely love our new set!
