I had high hopes and was left feeling a little disappointed. My measure of customer service is how you treat people who have already paid you all the money - because it's easy to be nice or make promises in an attempt to close a sale, but its another thing when there's no money on the line. The furniture? nice enough. The staff? Certified business repellant. My friend and I visited Distinctly Patio during our lunch break, curious to browse their selection of outdoor furniture and barbecues.
