Well I left them a five-star review last year but I have phoned three times and emailed three times to set up an appointment it is a week today and I haven't heard back! Hopefully everyone is ok! Well after 6 attempts to have them come over to do our windows they were supposed to be here at 8:00 a.m. today. I emailed them at 8:30 and was answered by email that his technician was sick all weekend and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Sometime later this week they could fit me in. Wow, we were very impressed with Josh and Distinctive Window Cleaning. They were on time, did a wonderfully thorough job, and super polite. Our windows have never looked better, even when the house was brand new. They also cleaned our pool cage. All very reasonably priced. We definitely will enlist their services again in the future and we highly recommend them.
I’ve used this service twice. Both times they were stellar. They charged less than expected, the guys were polite, on time and seemed genuinely concerned about doing a good job. When I used them last year it took a week to schedule the job and this year they came out the next day. I wasn’t in a rush either time. Highly recommend!
