I’m not sure if she’s busy or what. They never returned several call and messages. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The property we looked at was nice. But essentially as soon as she received out money, she never contacted us again. DO NOT RENT FEOM THIS COMPANY. THEIR REVIEWS SAY IT ALL.
Awful company, horrible people, and the worst customer service. They charge unexplained fees, take actions on your utilities account without notifying you, and make you pay far more than you had budgeted. It is the worst, even worse than Granite and thousands of times worse than BK. This company intentionally makes your life miserable.
$400+ of security deposit has been taken for fake cleaning. I sent Julie a video showing a clean apartment after moving out, but she refused to even watch it. Given this behavior, you should think twice about your security deposit before renting with them.
I’ve rented from Distinctive Property Rentals for about six years since I separated from the military, and honestly, they’ve treated me well the whole time. I know some of the reviews online are harsh, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. They’ve always been fair and respectful with me, even when I’ve gotten frustrated or fallen behind. Awesome property management company. We enjoy working with Dianne. She is very patient, honest, and skilled. Definitely our favorite property manager. We will recommend Distinctive to anyone that is looking for property management company.
