I had a really good experience renting with Distinctive. Management was responsive, happy to help in any way they could, and I never felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed. Pricing was fair, with no surprise charges, and maintenance requests got handled quickly. When my plans changed unexpectedly, they were understanding and made the process far less stressful than I expected. It's honestly been one of the better rental experiences I've had.
My husband and I had a great experience with Distinctive Rental property. From filling out the rental application to moving in was a piece a cake. There were some set backs with the move in date but they kept in touch with us through the whole process and we got moved in a few days later. I highly recommend working with this company if you’re looking for a rental property!!
They don't do regular maintenance and you will go weeks after reporting a problem, including your air conditioning! Properties are unkempt and out of the blue they will charge you for something that isn't part of your lease agreement. Horrible horrible place to rent from. They also are known to fail HUD inspections. Julie is a terrible person, imo.
Absolutely horrible, take your application fee and no return phone calls. DO NOT APPLY unless you meant application fee stolen.
