I have been renting a house for 4 years that is managed by DPS. They have always been very responsive. They also find the nicest people to send for contractors. I have been very impressed by them.
Stay far away from this company. They are inept.

If you are considering purchasing or renting a property that would be managed by them, I would highly suggest you reconsider. Simply put, they do not know what they are doing. They will give you little to no advanced notice of long-term construction that will affect your life for weeks on end. I have been woken up at 7:20AM to the sound of construction outside during these past two weeks of Christmas and New Year's.
