Absolutely horrible communication about issues that homeowners need to be aware of. Worst property management company we have had. We have lived in 3 HOA’s across the country, and distinctive is by far the worst. Increase rates due to poor financial management,and pick vendors who provide poor service, From lawn care to trash.
Consistently unresponsive and unreliable.
I have been renting a house for 4 years that is managed by DPS. They have always been very responsive. They also find the nicest people to send for contractors. I have been very impressed by them.
