Update: I am happy to report that there has been an uptick in landscape activity since my discussions and meeting with Matt. I'm assuming he has reached out to ADM and Foster's to address the issues I pointed out. Weeds have been trimmed back, bare spots have been rehydroseeded, watering trucks are coming through, and new mulch is being put down. This is a very positive start. Follow up: Matt from DPS has reached out to me so that we can work together to try to address and resolve our landscape maintenance issues. We have exchanged several emails with a very quick turnaround. He even made the effort to drive through the community with me so I could point out all areas of concern. I am awaiting an action plan and timeline and I am hoping action is taken. I would love to be able to give DPS a 5 star review, because that would be a win-win! Will keep you posted.... Absolutely horrible communication about issues that homeowners need to be aware of. Worst property management company we have had. We have lived in 3 HOA’s across the country, and distinctive is by far the worst. Increase rates due to poor financial management,and pick vendors who provide poor service, From lawn care to trash.
Consistently unresponsive and unreliable.
