I saw a few listings posted by Distinctive Properties and tried to call 2 of their agents, during business hours no one answers. I received a call back from Steven Schmidt and when I tried to explain what areas I was looking at, my plan for finding a place, budget, etc he spoke over me to the point that I'm not sure I ever finished a sentence. Horrible, horrible, realtor. When she does return calls the listing is already rented. ALL of her listings were already rented---when she does respond which is VERY RARE!!!! Go to another realtor if you're looking to rent. Another realtor can still show Distinctive Property listings; you'll be better off.
