Really nice place, but I booked online for a quick cut at $30.00, they took an hour to cut my hair (totally not needed, it’s a men’s haircut that should take ten minutes) and charged me $45.00 at “Barber’s discretion”. Nice place if you want a detailed cut, but hair grows back in two weeks so the extra detail is not necessary, just get me in and out please, and most of all charge me what I signed up for, not 150% of the agreed price. Earlier today, I had an 11:30 appointment with Joey that took an unexpected turn. I inquired about the pricing for my service—facial hair only—and was quoted a price. I then asked if this pricing was listed on the website, and when it wasn’t, Joey responded by suggesting, “Maybe this isn’t the place for you.” That statement was not only surprising, but also deeply offensive.
