I’m beginning to think no one actually works here. Would not recommend. Common area maintenance issues have gone unaddressed for months despite repeated requests, and communication has been virtually nonexistent. Homeowners deserve better responsiveness and accountability from their HOA management company.
Greg did a fantastic job in the sale of our townhome. His negotiation skills helped us get the price we wanted and all our questions and concerns were quickly addressed. Greg immediately found qualified buyers and the whole transaction went smoothly to closing. We highly recommend Greg and Distinctive Flats.
Greg is one of the most knowledgeable property managers and real estate brokers I have ever worked with, I cannot recommend him enough. Distinctive Flats has amazing customer service.
Absolute horrible company. Unless you want your place to sit empty and have the worst property management ever then steer clear! As for going through them to rent a a property they have listed, don’t bother, they are rude and unresponsive - we “secret shopped” to see as our property sat empty for months until we listed ourselves.
Right folks to work with. They always follow through and get things done. Above and beyond for me. I had a $1,800 check from a long time ago that they managed to track me down and pay me for. Highly recommend
