Listen to the recent reviews -- they are not an exaggeration. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Months and months of no responses from GREG POND while moving out. Withheld our security deposit until faced with legal action. He will cheat you out of money, he will not answer maintenance requests. Avoid at all cost.
Greg Pond does not even deserve this one star, but it's the lowest rating that Google will allow. We were informed 3 weeks beforehand that our tenants intended to end their lease and our house was then listed. After that point, we received no response from our repeated texts, emails and calls. If I can give negative rating for Distinctive Flats and Greg Pond, the owner of this business, I would. The worst property management company. I was referred to him by a friend, and I took a chance on his services thinking as a small property management company one would get excellent customer service. The actual experience was far from it. 1. The rental payments never show up on time 2. He doesn't respond to call/text messages or emails. I’m beginning to think no one actually works here. Would not recommend. Common area maintenance issues have gone unaddressed for months despite repeated requests, and communication has been virtually nonexistent. Homeowners deserve better responsiveness and accountability from their HOA management company.
Greg did a fantastic job in the sale of our townhome. His negotiation skills helped us get the price we wanted and all our questions and concerns were quickly addressed. Greg immediately found qualified buyers and the whole transaction went smoothly to closing. We highly recommend Greg and Distinctive Flats.
