I have been renting the same property for 2 years! Distinctive Dwelling has always made it pain free. Easy to get accepted. Never had any complications with late payments etc. Sad to go.
I have had a completely unprofessional experience with Distinctive Dwelling. They had miscommunicated and created an inaccurate lease saying we had to pay for water, which was not correct and caused stress the first month living there. In addition, the company caused internal problems with my living situations communicating inaccurate information to my roommate without my knowledge. I would highly not recommend using this company.
