Distinctive Design Homes LLC is the best company to work with! David the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly & very responsive. He knows what he is doing and gets the job done correctly! I was hired to do his clean outs and I wouldn’t want to work with anybody else! David is amazing! Definitely 100% recommend doing business with him!
Subpar work and poor follow-up. I hired Distinctive Design Homes LLC for a remodel, but the project dragged on, communication dried up, and corners were clearly cut. Trim was misaligned, paint dripped on the floor, and finishing touches were sloppy. I reached out to ask for corrections—nothing. No call, no apology, no action. Definitely not the attention to detail or service they advertise. Would not recommend.
Working with David through building our new home was a thrill and enjoyable experience. The design and execution of the house was very impressive! We get a lot of compliments on our house design and look! During the building process we worked closely with David. Unbelievable that this kind of person harasses people publicly like this while leaving their company information … also publicly. I believe in treating people with respect and decency. I also believe in supporting businesses who do the same. Anyone who is this disrespectful isn’t someone I would ever personally support and I also work in construction. Just in a more professional manner. Shame on you. To the reply: I don’t have the wrong person, the screenshot includes the URL of the business he owns which matches yours.
