I did an in office teeth whitening appointment. I thought front staff very friendly and my appointment was on time. They actually accommodated an earlier time for me. I am pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this facility! The staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns.
Everyone I met was wonderful, they gave me a tour of the facility and a gift for my first time as a patient. Dr. Elrod & Elissa were very engaging and I never felt rushed to get on with my visit and get out. They took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. Overall, Best Experience I have ever had at a dentist (or even doctors) office!
Above and beyond exceptional service!! The office is stunning and the staff are exceptional. I'm definitely appreciative of the tour and gift! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time and didn't make me feel like just another patient. Most importantly, I felt comfortable and heard. My only regret is not becoming a new patient sooner. Never had an experience like that at a dental office before! Thank you DDS!
