The space is wonderful- however the staff was subpar when it comes to customer service. I had a meeting with Brittany Gunter to discuss using the GA Freight Depot as a Wedding/Ceremony Site for December 31st. Brittany was late to our appointment and it was clear that she was distracted the entire time. I understand that they are busy with events all over the downtown area- however, I am in the wedding industry and Customer Service is of the utmost importance.
