I have been living in this building for many years. Since Paragon security took over from Knights On Guard, this building has slowly and surely gone downhill to the point where I don’t feel safe even with my door locked. Security is constantly revolving new faces and nowhere to be found, or in uniform and have zero security presence. There have been multiple break-ins and homeless doing drugs in our stairwells. Our AGM is coming up soon, and we need to voice our opinion. We need board members who care about the building.

Really sick and tired of walking through the lobby everyday and having to smell either Ashwanis cheap overpowering cologne or the new night time concierges armpits. Also shocked that after the cars were broken into last week, the lady who was on shift that night is still working behind the desk, she clearly did not do her simple job by watching the cameras. The garage door has also been left wide open for more thieves to enter for the last few days. Management here is so so poor.

The Paragon security guard/concierge, Hema, is vulgar, verbally abusive, agressive with zero customer service skills female. She does not sit at the front desk, but in the back room. She rude with no manner. She shouts and angrly threatens with pointing of a finger at visitors. I guess she behaves bad because the Paragon security company and the Condominium management are the same

The new concierge guy Ashwin is way out of his line and behaves very bad.
