I did business with this company for a while. I then quit ordering from them. I had. 6 bottles left over. They. They charged me $50 per bottle deposit. I then called them and wanted them to mail me a check for a refund. They stated they only did refund once a month. They then came and picked up the bottles. They never sent a checkout. I then called them, and they said that they were not going to refund me. They told us the deposits on the bottles were no longer valid. They ripped me off for $300.00. Have been customer for many years. Premium drinking water is excellant. Service is tops. Guests all tell me how water tastes so good
I am a customer of **********************. As a result of a negative review I lodged I received a call from the office manager. After speaking with ****** she stated she'd like to keep my business and I decided to try them again. Today was my delivery day and the empties were gone and there was no water left. I'm sure it was an error but that means that the communication in this company is really poor. I'm very disappointed with the Distillata company.

Great customer service! Always on time. Had a bottle freeze over night/ break and they had a new one on my porch by the morning.

We have been using Distillata for about a year now. We have home delivery of the 5 gallon jugs and rent a water tower. The prices are great and they make it so simple to be a customer with auto-pay and auto-delivery. Also, our delivery guy is GREAT!
