My company was contacted by Nicole who works for disston I was asked to pick up some trash in my dumpster for dumping,after I picked up the trash from the property which is really unkempt and filthy I was told that in order to be paid I must submit a w9 along with insurance... please do not trust these crooks they are slum lords!

First, I don't live in this MHP. I attend church at the House of Hope across from the park. Attending 2 evening services, Wednesday and Saturday, I've felt safe walking to the bus stop, even talking to the occasional resident. The park is clean, friendly and pleasant. The lots are well maintained. No cars on bricks or delinquent youths. Very respectful. Racism is practiced in this park. If you are not Hispanic than you will be accused of every infraction they list. 6+ Hispanics can live in one unit, but any other race and they will have you thrown out and claim it's because the 3 of you have increased water usage. This park is in desperate need of a new manager.
