I appreciate the amazing hard working men that come and pick up our trash in my neighborhood. But I’m frustrated that the company has resorted to picking up trash once a week instead of the two.

Maybe take some time to explain to your drivers why it’s a bad idea to stop their trucks on the train tracks.
The tl:dr version: our trash hasn't been picked up in 4 weeks, and the dumpster was supposed to be removed over the weekend, yet it is still there and still full. I have called almost daily for the past several weeks about our dumpster not being emptied. The first time it happened was back in Nov, and was told the driver quit so they were short staffed and it would be emptied that weekend. It was, so I was fine. Very disappointed with their services. Don’t recommend using them at all! Do better yall!
