I live 3 doors down and haven’t been able to step foot in this place once. Their ticketing system is cheaper than the illegal ditch weed we bought in the 90s. I’d love to keep my money in my own neighborhood, but this system makes it impossible to do.
they are failing on recreational process

RecommendedI was there today for rec sales and I have to say the online ticket system is great. I get it not everyone is happy about it and sometimes you have to try again. I had to try a second time to get one. The fact they are doing what they can do people don’t have to stand in line in the cold is great. I’m not standing on a line in the cold for a couple of hours. nowhere on their website does it say that you need a ticket to get in. and the security let us stand in line forever before letting us know we'd need a ticket. overpriced as hell anyway.
This dispensary makes you get a ticket online to come and shop. Was making the ticket purchase via eventbrite on the d33 site at exactly 4pm. I was kicked off the d33 site while still having 6 min left to purchase my ticket. No one answers the phone. No record of my order via eventbrite. Terrible way to run a business.
Stock. Period , recreational shouldn't have to wait .
RecommendedI was very happy with my first visit to D33. It was a historic moment in my life but what impressed me most was the staff and their grace under pressure. This is a very hectic time. I was blown away by the compassion of your staff, trying to address the needs of medical patients quickly, while handling the constant flow of recreational customers. Props out. Thank you!
