I called to see if I could order the Star Wars celebration basket for my sons birthday but I asked that they not include the popcorn. My son loves popcorn but he cant eat it right now due to an orthodontic expander in his mouth. She simply said that was not possible?! I was shocked! I didn't want a discount or anything just that he not have to see the popcorn he wouldn't be able to enjoy and was told they could not do that!!

We celebrated our granddaughter 5th Birthday and had balloon bouquet delivered to our resort. The resort forgot to deliver it to the room. So the next day I went down to get it. The singing balloon didn’t work. I called Disney Floral and they went above and beyond. They resent balloons 2 days in a row with a gift attached each time, along with a cake. Outstanding service! Will definitely use again! Thank you Disney Floral & Gifts for making our granddaughters birthday so special.
I ordered yesterday for delivery today at a Disney resort for my sister’s birthday. I ordered the custom gift builder and was able to choose the cooler and some fun themed Disney snacks. I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery fee wasn’t too expensive. It arrived in the afternoon the day specified and everything I ordered was in the cooler. Definitely recommend!

Just ordered something for my daughter today was very happy with phone order but I was told it would be in her room when she got there. It ruined the surprise because my daughter had to ask her if she received the gift!! I had to call hotel it was in the storage and hotel told me that they will not deliver a gift to a room before guest checks in but that is not what I was told when I ordered it today. After me speaking to hotel and very angry they did quickly deliver it!!
