Tasty and only tasty The moment we walked in, the owner greeted us and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for a table. He said it'd take 30 minutes, but it only took 10. Our waiter treated us like good friends, joking around with us and making sure that we were taken care of throughout the meal. Sounds cheesy, but I was blown away, especially because they were so busy. The food was ordered and on our table within 10 minutes, and it was delicious. I had the baked rigatoni with Pinot Noir, and tiramisu for dessert.

fantastic dishes I just love the creative and delicious dishes served at this restaurant. It is nearly always crowded so it's a good idea to make reservations. They are a bit expensive but not too much, and certainly worth it. PROS: unique and delicious dishes CONS: sometimes too crowded

Delicous Mediterranean! The food here is amazing. You can tell that everything is fresh and carefully selected. The chicken kabobs are especially impressive. The restaurant itself is small but has lots of character.

Love the Food I didn't know what to expect, but the wraps are great!! My favorite is the chicken with feta....I also like the falafal and fish wrap. If you go for lunch, you need to go early because it gets packed!!

Good for lunch and dinner Dish Dash has a really nice atmosphere and is on the main shopping/eating street in Sunnyvale (the same street where the Sunnyvale Farmer's Market is held on Saturdays). They offer a variety of middle eastern foods. I really like the lamb/beef Shawarma wrap for lunch. They don't seem to have the wraps for dinner, so for dinner I've really liked the Zahra (lamb w/ cauliflower and yogurt sauce over rice). The restaurant can get quite crowded, so go early or be prepared to wait. This is not an inexpens... read more

excellent middle eastern Great for sidewalk dining on a sunny day, a date night, or a family dinner. One of my kids loves the grape leaves, another loves the shawarma with hummus - and they are not adventurous eaters. There is an incredible dish with chicken in a creamy sauce with almonds over rice pilaf - I can't remember the name, but you'll want to lick the plate... You'll need a reservation for dinner on a weekend. PROS: excellent food CONS: can be hard to get a table on a weekend night

Its OK Went for lunch once. For 2, no drinks, basic kabob and 1 appetizer..$40. Not cheap but not buget buster. Not sure yet if I will go back. Probably the best place to eat on Murphy, however. PROS: Pretty good prices CONS: Toooo noisy

Incredible middle eastern food Dish Dash is a very small restaurant that offers the most incredible Middle Eastern food. Everything was terrific beginning with the cocktails, the appetizers and the main dishes. Everyone at our table couldn't wait to go back again! PROS: Very authentic, great tasting middle eastern food. CONS:

Excellent for vegetarians Dish dash provides an excellent range of choices for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. The restaurant is well decorated and formal enough for a romantic date, yet casual enough for a weekday lunch. Beyond usual standards such as hummus and falafel, you will find more creative and unusual dishes such as sambusak (stuffed filo triangles filled served with a tahini sauce) which are artistically presented. PROS: Great, creative food CONS: Crowded, a bit drafty at times
