We were traveling through and stayed overnight close by. The hotel staff told us all the restaurants for dinner were "down the hill", so we drove by all of them and found The Dish as we were almost out of town. The sign out front indicating fresh made, locally sourced foods drew us in. Dinner was delicious, perfectly cooked, and the portions were good, though I would have liked more roasted Brussels Sprouts!
