Very helpful! Found a bug in our house and was worried it was a bed bug, called them and Wendell said we could drop it off to identify it (he was going to a wedding and still found the time to answer my call) Got confirmation within 24 hours that it was a bat bug and not a bed bug and gave us great advice for what to do moving forwards. Will definitely use them in the future if we need them!
