ABSOLUTELY professional, customer oriented and explains everything in detail without taking up all day. As with all people in a service industry he had a sales pitch for monthly visits. His pitch was short and much to my surprise it was so very sweet because it was so affordable which will make my summer a lot more enjoyable because I won't have to deal with those creepie crawlies in or around the pool or worry about them getting in the house.
