Saturday 9 am class was great, Thai Massage workshop was wonderful, place has a great energy and very peaceful environment with a lot of giving joyful attitude. Next time we go to St Augustine we have to make a stop here or schedule a mini vacation. Great experience. Namaste.
Very Nice group, Differnt levels from beggining to advanced, They offer other classes such as meditation. Stop in and get a program to see what fits your lifestyle.
The best yoga studio around. Amazing space, amazing people, amazing location.
