I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve for a squirrel issue (squirrels living in my attic), and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. Steve is the ultimate professional! He understands every aspect of his work and deals with the issues in a humane and respectful manner. He has worked with us on three separate occasions, in different homes. On one occasion, he trapped and safely relocated a family of squirrels that was chewing the columns on our front porch. He is always prompt, dependable, and courteous. I highly recommend his services!

I've used Steve's services three times, each time for a different reason (bats in house, groundhogs, and birds building nests on house). Each time, Steve never fails to be: 1. be prompt and responsive; 2. courteous and respectful; 3. professional and knowledgeable, and 4. frank and his opinion is trustworthy. Steve is going to show up for the job, do the job right, communicate, and explain the situation you have at hand. If I find another reason to use Steve's services again, I will.

Steve is fantastic! We have had a recurring problem with flying squirrels in our attic. Steve is super-responsive--seems like you can get him on text almost 24-7 and then he'll make it out to your house promptly. Steve was willing to live trap the flying squirrels which was our preference and made daily trips to our house to check and clear the traps. Once he'd trapped all the squirrels he was attentive to finding all possible entry points and sealing them up. Highly, highly recommended!
