I recently had a bat in my home and called Steve from Discovery Wildlife Control. He came over immediately and thoroughly inspected the entire house until he located the bat. Afterward, he examined both the interior and exterior to determine the best approach for sealing every possible entry point. I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve for a squirrel issue (squirrels living in my attic), and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. From the initial call, he was friendly and professional, clearly explaining the process. He arrived the next day to set-up traps. Steve is the ultimate professional! He understands every aspect of his work and deals with the issues in a humane and respectful manner. He has worked with us on three separate occasions, in different homes. On one occasion, he trapped and safely relocated a family of squirrels that was chewing the columns on our front porch. He is always prompt, dependable, and courteous. I highly recommend his services!

I've used Steve's services three times, each time for a different reason (bats in house, groundhogs, and birds building nests on house). Each time, Steve never fails to be: 1. be prompt and responsive; 2. courteous and respectful; 3. professional and knowledgeable, and 4. frank and his opinion is trustworthy. Steve is going to show up for the job, do the job right, communicate, and explain the situation you have at hand. If I find another reason to use Steve's services again, I will.
