Living at Discovery West has been awesome so far. I think its situated in a fantastic area. The roads are very streamlined, the walks are fantastic, and the views are incredible. Carlos from the leasing team was super helpful in finding the right apartment for me and going back and forth. I also was helped by Earl, Cecil/Lily, Matt, and Julissa who were also very reliable and great to work with. Hats off to all of the staff who deserve promotions!
My experience with the staff at discovery West apartment was incredible! They took out time to understand my concerns, hearing me and offering me a good solution at the time of the need. I really appreciate talking to Cecilia / Lily. If I ever have to go apartment hunting my first preference will be this building coz the staff and management is great and the unit and the building is neat and clean. With a beautiful view of the mountains.
water is shut off like once every month or so. A736 building always has leaks especially on the first floor. The units are seriously outdated for an apartment built almost 10 years ago. Appliances constantly break, washer & dryer in units. The color scheme inside is brown so it feels like your trapped in the 70s. Amenities are mediocre at best. EV charging is great, but they only have 3 stalls for about 20 or so teslas. Its always a battle to charge. Most people leave their EVs blocking spots for hours after charging. The bu... read more
Discovery West, Thank You! blessed to be living here! Many happy families and nice pets around here. Management has been extremely supportive, and keeps clean amenities, safe and maintained. There’s a secure entryways, Amazon locker, amazing views of the pacific forest, and convenient shopping close to the hospital.
