You put in the work order it gets done either right away or the next day. Management is 5 stars. Clean environment around the complex. And clean inside out
Decent place, too many section 8 residents that don’t respect the apartment building. Extremely loud hence the Hospital and other medical facilities around here, making deliveries at the middle of the night. (Wish I knew this sooner.) other than that decent place.

We've lived here going on 10 years, since they first opened. Management has always been responsive to concerns, although those have been few and far between. The maintenance of the buildings, facilities and common areas is outstanding. The maintenance crew deserves special recognition for their attention to detail and dedication to their jobs. From keeping the halls and lobbies clean, to management of the recycling and garbage, to resident requests for assistance with a problem, they're the best! The whole team here is great... read more
