They’ve become so disappointing. It used to be a nice place to live, with friendly staff, but things have changed. The new personnel are rude and always seem too busy to help. After we gave them our 30 days’ notice, one of the managers stopped even greeting me. And to top it off, they later sent us a debt notice with no explanation whatsoever.

The noise and disruption in impossible the police is in and out of this building every few days, and regardless of our complains about it no action has been taken, seems like this issue existed for a long while as the police already comes in and out for years more frequently. I have been a resident at Discovery West for 3 years, and the transformation has been absolutely shocking. What was once a serene, high-quality living complex has deteriorated into a nightmare of constant disturbances. The noise situation has become completely unacceptable and frankly intolerable. My downstairs neighbor creates such excessive noise during evening hours that it reverberates throughout the entire building - and I'm hearing this as an UPSTAIRS neighbor. This place is totally unsafe, threat and abuse are practiced by resident and well known by the Issaquah police station that they host people with mental illness who runs and bang in your doors and scream un the middle of the night. It is a place where you CAN NOT feel safe, can't work and will be harassed. the police for over 2 years comes to this building regularly and the building is saying they can do nothing just because the resident pay their rent. that is the environment you will living in.

Despite me living here for the good part of a year , the front desk was accusatory and demanded my apartment number each time I would get coffee from the lobby . It was outrageous and offensive. Smells from households seep through the thin walls - whether it be cooking smells or smoking smells. I once saw human feces in the pool showers .
