John and his team are very professional. John was insighful with his recommendations, while saving us money on the coverings installed on the 30 windows in our new home. We were surprised when the factory built only half of the plantation shutters with a bi-fold (upper & lower panel split). John quickly returned the effected panels to the factory for adjustment.
