I went to see Dr. Barker because of depression and suicidal thoughts, that was coupled with my career not going anywhere. He was attentive and gave me strategies to work through thoughts and emotions. He also was communicating during the session (I've had therapists in the past that just say nothing). I love that he challenged my own logic with his own and really pushed me out of my normal spiraling and catastrophizing. 100% would recommend to anyone.
Discovery & Dr. Barker really came through and helped my husband when other therapists had him on a waiting list. Mental health can't wait. I am so thankful for their response to urgency and proving my partner with compassion and a safe space. Thank you!
