They will lie to you and say they are "getting the property ready" and make you wait a week and then when you get to the property, absolutely nothing has been done. Filthy house, unsafe electrical setup in the house, no accountability. I had to pay $350 to have the house cleaned before move in and then I had to have them come out (took over a week) to have the electrical fixed because half the house didnt work.
