We had a horrible experience. It was fine until I needed more care though. No one knew how to use the app needed, kept getting different answers which led to a lot of confusion with no help. Was met with hostility by the director and assistant director which led to a very unfortunate and racist encounter for me and my family.
updated 10/2024- I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and education Empress has received at your school. I have witnessed her significant progress, particularly in her communication skills. Discovery Pointe Old Peachtree has been a wonderful influence on her development. While we must withdraw Empress at this time, I want to mention that should our situation change, I would definitely consider re enrolling her at Discovery Pointe Old Peachtree. Tara and the staff are always amazing! I love that I can trust them being I am the grandmother and can’t stay home to watch them. They get amazing care and if I ever have any questions can text the owners or managers day or night.
Discovery Point daycare is an excellent daycare. My daughter has been attending this school for over a year. All the teachers and faculty members have treated my daughter and I so well. My daughter had issues with her speech. If it was not for Dara giving me the information needed to get my daughter help. I don't know what I would have done. Should have left this review long ago, this daycare is AMAZING❤️ My daughter went here for 10 amazing years. Tara and Sue are the sweetest people I’ve met in my lifetime!! The comfort and peace I’ve felt over the years was because of how this daycare was ran. Would recommend to anyone looking for protective childcare. This place will always hold a special spot in my heart. ❤️
